Refund policy

Every order comes with a 30 day money back guarantee and 1 year reasonable damage warranty with free returns. If you're unhappy with your order we'll help with the return and refund you.

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@flow-recovery.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorisation number and instructions on how to return the product. 

Once we receive the product, we will inspect the product. Once the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at hello@flow-recovery.com.au with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective product. We will send a replacement product or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges, once the damaged or defective product is returned to us.
