Shipping policy

Shipping Location:

We ship all of our products from Sydney, Australia. Within Australia that means orders typically arrive within 3-5 days unless otherwise stated on the product page. International shipping times vary.

Note: At the moment "The Daily Ice Bath & Chiller" is on pre-order. Please refer to the product page for expected delivery timeframes as these may vary from the below.

Shipping Methods: 

We offer multiple shipping methods to meet our customer's needs. All  orders are shipped via ground shipping unless otherwise specified by the customer.

For "The Daily Ice Bath & Chiller", we use a courier service and will organise a delivery timeframe with you.

Shipping Time: 

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Once processed, shipping time will depend on the shipping method chosen and the shipping location. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Please Note: This is the 'expected' delivery timeframe. This is not a guarantee. Once your order has left our facility it is in the hands of our couriers. 

Remote Areas:

If you live in a remote area and are concerned that we may not be able to actually ship the product to you because you've had problems in the past, please don't let this stop you from ordering. We will do what we can to get an ice bath delivered to you. Keep an eye on your emails as we may need to discuss this with you directly to work out the best solution.

Shipping Rates: 

Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping method chosen, the weight of the package, and the shipping destination. Customers can view shipping rates at checkout before completing their purchase.

Delivery: 

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Once your package has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number for you to monitor the delivery status of your package. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the  package on the delivery date.

Note: We use a courier service for "The Daily Ice Bath & Chiller" and will be in contact with you to arrange delivery.

Returns: 

Every order comes with a 30 day money back guarantee and 1 year reasonable damage warranty with free returns. If you're unhappy with your order we'll help with the return and refund you.

If you receive a damaged ice bath, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue. See our Returns Policy for more information.

PO Boxes: 

Due to the size of our products we do not ship to PO boxes.
