I have to use mouth tape with CPAP and nasal mask. Flow tape is the best that I have used. The adhesive is not irritating, which matters as I have sensitive skin, and it sticks well. Fabric is lightweight, flexible and strong. I still get occasional dry mouth so there must be leaks. Possibly a little too small.
I purchased the nasil strips and mouth tape to help my elderly dad who struggles to sleep due to snoring.This product has made a huge difference! Thankyou guys! Keep up the good work!

Been using the Nose strips for a while now and they have improved my sleep. Previously I had tried various nose strips from the pharmacy but they were not comfortable. These sticks comfortable on my nose a leave little to no mark on my nose.
My secondary use is for bike riding helping improve my breathing when cycling and they don’t slip off when sweating.

What if it doesn't work for me?
Then it costs you nothing. Give it a proper go — most people need two to three weeks for nasal breathing to become the default. If you're not sleeping better after 30 nights, email us and we'll refund you in full. No return post, no forms, no hard feelings.
Will it work with a beard?
Yes. The tape sits on the lip line rather than the surrounding skin, and the adhesive is designed to peel out of stubble rather than grip it. If you have a heavy beard, apply to clean, dry skin and press for five seconds before lights out.
Is mouth taping safe?
For a healthy adult who can breathe comfortably through their nose, mouth taping is low-risk — and our tape is designed to release under pressure, not seal your lips shut. Do not use it if you have a blocked nose, cold, hay fever or reflux, if you've been drinking alcohol or taken sedatives, or for children. Flow Mouth Tape and Nasal Strips are not for the treatment of sleep apnoea — if you think your snoring may be a symptom of sleep apnoea, consult your doctor before using any product like ours.
