New to mouth tape

New to mouth tape, tried another brand with a small hole for a straw or such but was able to still breath in through my mouth so tried Flow Recovery
It works, can manage a cough or short breath through the tape.
It is easy to apply and remove and as I have sensitivities to different adhesives and fabrics immensely pleased no irritants at all
So far it is sweet dreams with no dry mouth so now ordering more
Maybe a colour other than black preferred but you don’t notice when asleep

Better sleep!

This was my first try of mouth and nose tape in attempt to improve sleep. First night I did pull them off but by night two I forgot they were there. But I I have very sensitive and reactive skin and my nose did get inflamed and I stopped. But I missed the better sleep so found a solution. I peel back the paper from the centre of the nose strip and I put face powder on rhe adhesive. The ends still stick, it still works, but my nose isn’t so irritated by the removal process.
